Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay due to stock availability, we will contact you by email to inform you of any changes.

Delivery times vary depending on your destination:

United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
United States & Canada: 10–18 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
Asia & Middle East: 7–15 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or local postal services.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.
If you do not receive this email within 5 business days after your order, please contact us at contact@alveroza.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country’s customs office.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.
ALVEROZA is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the customer refuses delivery, the cost of reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
